       I was suffering from depression and stress due to problems at home and at work. I couldn’t sleep either, I suffered from insomnia. I took pills against depression and insomnia.
   Then I heard Cesar Aguila talking about a free therapy to treat depression and stress. From the first time I arrived at a Agnihotra session and took its ash, I felt improvement. I love to come for Agnihotra. I already have 20 days in a row attending it. I don’t take anymore pills. I simply take 2 teaspoons of Agnihotra ash with water.

        I am 70 years old. I was present at Homa Therapy last Monday. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I have a lot of pain. Sometimes my hand aches and it is difficult to open and close it. That day was one of those where my hand was closed and very stiff. After Agnihotra finished, I moved all my fingers easily and without pain.

         I am 60 years old. I suffered from high blood pressure, dizziness and headache. Due to these problems, I had to take one pill (Enadabril) every day in the morning and one at the night, for 20 years. Still, sometimes I have had to go to the emergency department, because I could not stand the dizziness and pains. There, they crushed the pill and placed it beneath my tongue and even injected me. But with all this I still had the problems.
When I met Homa Therapy 5 years ago, at the Municipality of Castilla, where the Mayor had organized a presentation of Homa Therapy with Prof Abel and Aleta, I began to practice it and take its ash 3 times every day with juice.

“I am 52 years old. I heard about the Bioenergetic Healing Event with Homa Therapy in the auditorium of the SENA in Armenia. I attended with my knee pain. I have tried glucosamine and ibuprofen and that did not work. The diagnosis is osteoarthritis in the knee, swelling with localized pain in the knee.
