Homa Psychotherapy: Training the Mind

Training the Mind to react with Love and
make proper Decisions

To all Addicts: yes, that means you.

Unless you are not human—and I have my suspicions about a few politicians—this article is addressed to you.

Shree Vasant famously said that all humans are addicts. The brilliant intuitive healer, Carolyn Myss, says the same thing. Continue reading “Homa Psychotherapy: Training the Mind”

Namaste, Greetings.
I am 63 years old and I had suffered a major attack of Herpes Zoster in 2015 in my left leg. It was detected very late, therefore the intensity was very, very high. The nerves from the lower back to the middle toe, ring toe and the little toe of the left leg were damaged, making the toes and the foot hyper-sensitive and numb.
I went to my physician and started my treatment. I went in fact to three physicians, two in neurocare centers and my family physician as well. I was prescribed 9 different medicines and when I went to the other doctor, he prescribed me more medication. For 5 years I was going through a terrible period and there used to be great pain in the left leg from the knee down. It was hypersensitive.

I started with the practice of Homa Therapy more than two years ago, soon it will be three. I am 41 years old and I was born in Piura. I am a teacher. I am married and I have a son named Salvador. All my problems started when I was in the saddest moments of my life. At that time, I was 15 years old. That’s when my depression and anxiety began. I had a terrible family relationship with my mother. I had intermittent crisis episodes for many years. There were stretches of time when I had to go to the psychologist and I improved for a time. HOMA PSYCHOTHERAPY: Steps 4 & 5, as promised

Were we to take a deep breath and assess where we as a planet are today, some prominent points stick out:

1. Taking a deep breath is easier said than done by millions of us. Covid-19 prevents many from taking deep breaths and, most sadly, more than 800,000 will never breath again.

2. There are two major forces in play:
A) the virus itself
B) human behaviour (misbehaviour) leading directly to the inability for many places to contain the disease, and, in fact, accelerating its spread. Continue reading “Homa Psychotherapy: Training the Mind”
