Previously we have been focusing on medicinal herbs that are easy to grow and common worldwide. This time we would like to write about Lemon Balm and Peppermint. Both plants can easily be grown in garden beds or in pots on a balcony or windowsill, and when grown in a Homa atmosphere they have even greater medicinal properties and aroma.
